December 2025 | Return to Yosef

Historic Daytime Jewish Access to Joseph's Tomb

On 29 December 2025, Jews United reported a significant milestone in its longstanding Return to Yosef campaign: the first organised daytime Jewish visit to Joseph's Tomb in Shechem in approximately 25 years.

The visit followed sustained advocacy and engagement with Israeli authorities, including participation in a Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defence Committee discussion in June 2025.

Our long-term objective remains the preservation of this sacred site and the establishment of safe, regular and lasting Jewish access.
